He started, like many do, as dishwasher and busboy. As a server at a popular Mexican restaurant in Indian Wells he met his future wife, Cecilia. Prior to opening Fresh Agave, Rigo managed a Mexican restaurant on the famed El Paseo Drive in Palm Desert for many years. Rigo and Cecilia have been married over 15 years and are the proud parents of Carolina, Anthony and Alondra. As owners of Fresh Agave, they continuously strive to provide unparalleled customer service and a welcoming environment for every possible occasion.
