23 years ago, Dora Escobar began her journey, emigrating to this country, initially arriving in Los Angeles. She failed to settle down and decided to move to Maryland, where Dora lives until today.

Dora started making pupusas in her apartment, and went out to sell a refrigerator of water, soft drinks, cucumbers, mangoes, and etc. to stadiums in the area of Maryland. She was happy and liked what she did. Then Dora dared to cook and sell pupusas in a truck. Over time she had two trucks, and so began Dora and La Chiquita’s journey.

The name of La Chiquita, Dora gave to her clients, when going to sell to the stadiums. When deciding to place a name Dora thought; “My clients know me as La Chiquita” hence the name of the
company!

Hace 23 años , Dora Escobar comenzó su viaje , esta gran aventura , de emigrar a este país , en un principio de llegar a Los Ángeles, donde no se liquida , pero decidió trasladarse a Maryland, donde Dora vivió hasta hoy .

Dora comenzó a hacer pupusas en su apartamento , y salió a vender un refrigerador; estadios visitaron la zona de Maryland , donde vendía agua, refrescos , pepinos , mangos , etc. y ella era feliz y le gusta hacer eso . Dora gracias a Dios hemos llegado a donde estamos hoy . Entonces Dora atrevido a cocinar y vender pupusas en un camión , y luego con el tiempo , y tenía dos trocas , y así comenzó este viaje .

El nombre de La Chiquita , Dora se lo dio a sus clientes , cuando se va a vender a los estadios . Cuando se decide a poner un nombre pensó Dora ; ” Mis clientes me conocen como La Chiquita “, de ahí el nombre de la empresa!

En La Chiquita disfrute de deliciosos platos con el sabor original de El Salvador . A partir de las deliciosas pupusas , queso , carne de cerdo y los mejores panes con pollo alrededor del área metropolitana de Washington . ceviche delicioso y los mejores platos de fajitas de carne , camarones, pollo y mixta .
